Ubiquitin Hydrolase
Ubiquitin Hydrolase Yeast Recombinant
Ubiquitin Hydrolase (EC:3.4.19.12) cleaves
carboxy terminal protein fusions to the 76 amino-acid ubiquitin monomer. Efficient
cleavage require the fusion peptide be less
than 100 amino acids and that proline is not
the first amino acid of the fusion.
.
Ubiquitin Hydrolase is produced in E. coli from a Saccharomyces cereviase clone..
.
